We pin down the problem and how the result will be measured. If it can be solved without writing code, we say so.

Estimate and plan
The work is split into milestones with a clear deliverable each. Deadlines and cost go into the contract.

A working product at every milestone. Changes are made along the way, not collected for a final review.

Source code, documentation and credentials are yours. We maintain the system or train your team to take it over.
